I appreciate the work that the staff had put into checks and everything. I think being accountable is a good thing and that the checks weren't meant to cause stress. Nothing is perfect, I think it worked well for a long time though.
I am looking forward to no checks only because I never seem to know what day it is in my "grad school fog" as someone described it to me once lol.
