Do you use weight lifting gloves at the gym, Sandra? I've noticed I'm starting to get calluses on my hands from lifting and I'm wondering if gloves would make a difference, but I've never tried them!

Just did my first short Zumba session in a while because I fell off the wagon. Can I get you guys to kick me and make sure I'm doing it two or three times a week?
I'm clearly a bit out of shape, but I'm definitely feeling a lot better for it right now.

I feel like I should probably consider wearing long sleeves or at least t-shirts instead of tank tops though because I get a lot of marks from the weight bars on my shoulders/back when I do squats with them. Not pretty. I call them my battle wounds.
