A Season of Storms by Andrzej Sapkowski aka the apparent prequel to The Witcher Saga which, I must say, is quite interesting

Slutet by Mats Strandberg.

A contemporary book where we know an asteroid will hit and the world will end. Even the exact date and time for it. What do people do with their lives knowing we're all going to die in
a few months?

The Tattooist of Auschwitz by Heather Morris

I have only one question… WHO did this woman's research because clearly she has no idea of what Auschwitz was REALLY like.

Aaaaaand a book about the history of Korea.

Special Topics in Calamity Physics by Marisha Pessl… I am actually rereading it as I read the Polish translation over five years ago and now bought myself the English version… and once again I am struck by how Polish translations of books are usually longer than the originals.

Practical English Usage by Michael Swan… I mean the new academic year is around the corner… and so are the Practical Grammar classes.

Existentialism is a humanism by Jean-Paul Sartre

I have finished two books this shift and this is the third one I'm working on. Clearly the library's been busy and popping today!
